📜 Savannah Ranch Return & Refund Policy

At Savannah Ranch, we take pride in providing high-quality, small-batch honey and gourmet products. Because our products are food items, we have specific policies to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns once products leave our facility. However, we will gladly work with you if:

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order is incomplete.


2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)


3. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product or a refund (to your original payment method).

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In some cases, we may request you return the product at our expense, but usually, photos are sufficient.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • If we request a return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
